Really love these patterns and illustrated plates by Makoto Kagoshima. There is a huge amount of amazing illustrated ceramics from japanese artists out there. Found a blog that posts a plate everyday. And on this blog, some images of of Kagoshima's plates in action.
I did think of bringing ceramics into my FMP but I have decided to ditch it as I would had preferably liked to have made some myself but I don't think time and money would really allow this. However I think textiles and patterns are more likely. Focussing on the illustrations first this week.
